Great outdoor space
Really nice outdoor space, restaurant pool and bar, with lots of shaded area around pool, which personally i like. Room was upgraded on arrival to pool and partial sea views, which was nice. Staff really friendly, especially at the poolside bar. Location was good for me, away from the noise but 1 minute from beach. Only negative was the condition of room, but overall good value hotel.

Good but pay attention.
The hotel is well located, with restaurants, convenience store and laundry mats nearby, room is clean, the bed if very comfortable but don't get fooled with the "sea view" room option. We booked a Premium Room with Sea View, at the time of check in we got informed that there's no sea view at this hotel and they tried to give us a smaller room, after our complaints, they finally "found" a new room for us, which it was the premium room we had booked, but with barely sea view, since the hotel is not beach front. Also, the hotel is really strict and if you have any friends visiting you, be ready to pay 800 Bahts just to let them go upstairs for a couple minutes and also 1.000 baths in cash is required as secure deposit.

Great short stay in Phuket/Patong Beach
Quiet, spacious, clean room; located about 200m from Patong beach; good breakfast; small yet cosy pool; plenty of food and shopping options nearby and easy to visit Phuket city from this area. Felt safe to walk around with family. Good value for money.

Location is excellent ! 10 mins walk from the pier to the left, phi phi is a walking island and this hotel is easily a 15 mins walk to the nightlife area,its located on the much peaceful side of the island. Staff is helpful, wifi wasn’t working during our stay, sheets and room are basic and clean, toilet definitely needs improvement. Would recommend for its price

The location was great-close to the beach, short taxi to night life. We booked massages at the hotel and those were amazing. The breakfast could have been a lot better. We had friends in Phuket and all went out and when we tried to bring them back to our room the hotel wanted to call the police. We literally felt like we were in high school. They watched everything we did.... there was a small makeup stain on the comforter and they told us we had to take it to a laundry mat and wash it ourselves. I would not stay here again. I would definitely go to the Hyatt next door where things like this would never happen.

We went to another hotel after being at Baramee for 2 nights and went back to the staff apologizing for trying to leave and proclaiming our live for them, we will always book at Baramee! The pool is our favorite part- even though it is a 2 minute walk to the beach (sometimes you need chlorine and grass instead of sand and salt- it’s balance, people).

Budget conscious with prime position
Baramee Resorttel comes with many extra's, Courteous and helpful staff being the big one. Position puts it outside the party zone but only a short walk to the beach with a hotel loan towel or a free included return shuttlebus ride into the business district everyday. We found Baramee to be the nicest, cleanest, friendliest hotel we stayed in, in this budget category. Bearing in mind all are older than their photo's, Baramee is full functioning and still neat & presentable :)

Nice hotel
Hotel needs an upgrade such a shower doors and a free standing shower head not a hand held one and an overall paint.? Nice hotel and close to the beach. Other than that I would visit it again

The staff was very rude when we try to ask where to book a taxi. The pillows were dirty. Small room. The showering areas doesn't not have a shower curtain. Poor balcony view.

i can give 5/5 rating...
i stayed in Baramee in 5 nights... What a wonderful property. First the location is incredible....easy walking distance to most of the major sites... good service , nice receiving, breakfast is fresh and tasty. they are providing shuttle service for multiple times etc. they are very good in monitor who are coming and going... they wont allow anyone upto our room with our acceptance... finally its great and i enjoyed with it..

For the price this hotel charges its not even close to standard. Upon arrival I was told by some rather unfriendly staff I had been upgraded. I had booked for two people and was upgraded to a room with two single beds when I had booked a king size bed. The hotel itself is pretty old and needs refurbishment. The front desk staff were hopeless and not friendly at all. We went to get a drink at the bar only to find all the staff there were already drinking and very drunk one of the bar tenders was telling my wife she is very pretty but don't smile cause she has braces and that doesn't look good. Other people sat down ordered food waited 20 mins only to then be told there is no food because the chef didn't turn up..... The only plus for this place was the cleaning staff who were very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for an overpriced comedy I would stay here if not there are much better options for the same or better price available. All in all this hotel is a JOKE!
