The kitchen/dining room area comes with a 42' flat screen TV and the living room comes with a 55' flat screen TV and also includes a free standing bar. The home is very light and bright, as it has been recently renovated and updated with all new furnishings, appliances, tile, paint, cabinets, granite, light fixtures and more. It has an amazing fenced backyard with fruit trees (oranges, lemons and grapefruit), there's plenty of room to entertain, BBQ, or just take in the Arizona Sun. Stunning views of the 4th hole on the Grand View Golf Course. The property is located 15 miles from the University of Phoenix Stadium. Perfect home with relaxing patio and view
We thoroughly enjoyed this nice home which is located in a great area of Sun City West. The fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and nice bedding. Rhonda always responded quickly to any questions and really cares about her renters. We plan to rent this home again.

Beautiful Home!
We rented this home for 3 months. Wish it had been longer! Everything was perfect for us. Rhonda is great to work with, and I hope we can do it again. Location was great. We enjoyed watching the golfers and seeing the sunset every night. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. We hated to leave.

Beautiful home, fully equipped
This is indeed a beautiful, spacious home. We wanted for nothing as it’s fully furnished and has all the amenities you need to just move in and live other than food! We rented during the month of October and the weather was terrific. The home is located on a golf course fairway and the neighborhood is very quiet. Any question or issue was promptly addressed by the owner. My wife and I would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful and Convenient
We had a wonderful stay at Rhonda's home. The house is beautiful inside and out and very convenient to anything we needed. The kitchen has everything to make a gourmet meal (I am a trained chef) and we had several family dinners while there. Amazing citrus trees in the yard too - made fresh lemonade and lemon merengue pie. Certainly would stay again!

Very nice vacation rental
We stayed at this property for three months in the winter of 2016. The home was nicely decorated with quality, comfortable furniture and it was very clean. We did enjoy the back yard area where you could watch the golfers go by. There are trains that pass behind the golf course which you can see and hear but they don't come by very often. The amenities in Sun City West are very good. You can be as busy as you want to be because there are many things to do. My husband found the golf courses excellent. It is close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here.
