Arrived early and the staff was so accommodating. They allowed an early check in and held our luggage to prior to the check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent! Walked to restaurants. Will stay again!!!

There was human feces on the walls everywhere and the front desk refused to clean it and said it wasn’t his job to do so. There was also human feces smeared in the elevator so we could only use one elevator.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Rooms are clean, staff friendly and the area seems very safe. They have a nice bar and lobby area as well. They used to offer complimentary water bottles, toothbrushes, toothpaste, which they don’t do anymore. They also charge a $10 daily fee for parking now which they never did before. I can get past that though.

The refrigerator was way too small and no microwave.. so the food I bought at your restaurant the taco place (which was amazing) i could not enjoy the next day. No microwave

Our last morning there, we got a knock on the door early in the morning from housekeeping wanting to come in and clean. They didn’t know we were still in there. How does that happen? It scared my daughter and makes me wonder about staying there in the future. I’ve stayed there multiple times, but that crossed a line.

All staff are excellent and friendly! Beds are comfortable, rooms clean. Pool and gym were clean and available. Only suggestions are, add umbrellas at the pool for coverage over the pool (only 2 there and both were broken), buttons on elevator didn’t work.

The beds were terrible you literally sink in and if another person lays next to you in the bed you will sink. Great pillows, pool and rooftop were my favorite. The service well there was only one person working front desk. He was very nice and helpful.
