Welcome to the "Sun Kissed" condo in sunny Scottsdale, AZ. This condo is in a highly desirable location right off of Scottsdale and Shea. An easy walk to shops, dining and nightlife. You will not be disappointed with all this charming little condo has to offer.
The " Sun Kissed " condo has one bedroom, one bathroom and is located on the ground floor. As you walk through the front door you will admire the soft yellow painted walls of the living room and the accent painted wall in the dining area. The living room is furnished with a bright white sleeper sofa, two lighted side tables, a glass top coffee table and an art-deco armoire with a flat screen TV. Two arm chairs on each side of the room give balance and additional seating for guests. A door off the living area opens to the sunset patio.
The dining room has a vibrant red painted wall with a colorful painting adorning the wall. The dining room is furnished with a beautiful rattan / glass dining table with four matching chairs. A buffet stand to the left of the table is filled with all the items needed to entertain your guests with style.
The kitchen has black on black appliances, birch wood cabinetry and beige colored granite counter tops. The window above the sink illuminates the area with natural light while the hanging pendant lamps light the area in the evenings. You will find the cabinets and drawers filled with all the items needed to prepare and serve meals.
The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size wrought iron bed with an extremely comfortable Sealy tempur-pedic mattress. The bed is covered with luxurious 400 thread count sheets and a bronze colored sateen duvet style comforter. You will find a lighted nightstand on each side of the bed and a tall dresser on the opposite side which has a flat screen TV on top.
The bathroom has access from the hallway and the bedroom. There is a walk in tub / shower combo with a single mirrored sink vanity and commode. You will also find a linen cabinet loaded with plenty of spare towels and linens.
Head over to the community grills and prepare some steaks for a sunset feast on the patio. Take a dip in the heated community pool or curl up in a chaise lounger and read a book while you bask in the sun. The possibilities are endless.

** Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. **
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ No mailbox access will be granted
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ This home is pet friendly with approval. Please remember to clean up after your pet prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage.
~ No large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 1 bedroom has a $100 utility allowance per 30 days ($3.34/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $100 utility cap.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
