Welcome to this beautifully renovated property, updated in 2020 and thoughtfully furnished with everything you need to feel right at home. The newly remodeled kitchen (2024) is fully equipped with an induction stove, large refrigerator, and a stunning island, perfect for cooking and gathering. You’ll find multiple seating areas for dining and relaxing, along with three spacious bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of privacy.

Upon entry, there’s a well-equipped fitness room to keep up with your routine. The master bedroom features a generous closet, and each bedroom includes its own walk-in closet for easy organization. The living room boasts a large TV, while outside, a wonderful heated pool awaits anyone looking to unwind after exploring the nearby restaurants, golfing spots, hiking trails, and cultural attractions.

Outdoors, a full BBQ setup invites you to grill and dine under the Arizona sky. After a dip in the heated pool, settle in to watch a beautiful sunset in the backyard. In the right season, you can even pick fresh, sweet oranges from our tree! For cooler evenings, there are heaters and a cozy fire pit.

Great Home with Pool
The owner was very helpful prior to our arrival with property, neighborhood and activities information. The house, beds, pool and yard were great. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with ease of access to activities and services that are within walking distance and within 20 minutes by car. The house had adequate supplies, comfortable furniture, good AC and fans as well as a great heated pool and adjacent yard.

Thanksgiving in Phoenix
This property was amazing. The hosts were kind and quick to respond to questions, etc. There was everything and more that we needed to be comfortable and have agreat time. Not to mention everything that we needed to prepare our own Thanksgiving feast right there. Great pool and backyard. Excellent beds, etc. Also, the hosts were kind enough to mail my sons AirPods that he left back to us. Thank you Ina and Alexander. We will be back.

I was crying during check-out because I didn't want to leave
OK, maybe not bawling, but very - very sad that I had to leave this amazingly gorgeous property that I hope to visit again very soon. Ina was very communicative and the actual property was even more amazing in real life. The pictures don't do justice. I stayed with my family and my sister-in-law's family and the property pretty much had everything you could think of to make it the perfect vacation. I even brought floaties and had to say "no" to some swim toys for my kids - but fear not, Ina had all necessary gadgets in the pool box and the night time swimming with the lights were just such a costal resort feel - but you have all of that to yourself - complete privacy! If I can go on typing up an entire brochure about this place - I can probably do that. The place was immaculately clean and the layout/design was like from a home magazine. Was there an interior designer who did this? If you're contemplating about booking this property with Ina, DON'T! Perfect location for everything you need - with the perfect property. Now I need to go work like crazy for the next few months so I can save up for another vacation like this. Thank you so much for hosting us!!!

Sweet Scottsdale Landing Pad
Our family loved staying at this house. Great location and neighborhood, very quiet and convenient. Well stocked, large kitchen. The pool and patio are fantastic. Great atmosphere for hanging out and rejuvenating after a morning hike. Lots of room to spread out and the added bonus of a well equipped workout room! Host is very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again if we are back in the area.

Great Stay! Only a few notes to consider.
The stay was great, overall. Wonderful property with great features. We loved the pool and all the seating options around it. The only downfalls: we had trouble with the system they installed on all plugs for operating lights (some lights had to be held down a few seconds to turn on, others wouldn't operate no matter what we did). The pool guy showed up in the backyard while we were swimming, without us knowing in advance. The hairdryers in each bathroom caused breakers to flip leaving us without power in each bathroom - and we the breaker box is locked away. BUT - the manager was *very* quick to respond and activate a solution within an hour or so. They were very responsive the entire duration of our trip and ensured everything was addressed. The property was nicely furnished, clean, great pool and amenities, and overall it was a really positive experience! We would stay again =)

Perfect getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at the "Paradise Valley Village". The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the area's attractions, restaurants, parks, and shops. The home was well-kept and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private oasis and pool in the backyard were simply perfect and we enjoyed picking fresh oranges from the tree in the yard for juice and snacking. I would highly recommend and hope to stay there again soon!

Family Vacation Resort
Three generations of our family stayed for a week. The house is beautiful and met all our needs, inside and out. Ina was a great host and helped us with any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for more. And to top it off, we had fresh oranges daily!

Perfect spot for a family getaway!
Our family of four enjoyed a lovely vacation at Ina's home. The property is beautiful, both inside and out. The house is furnished beautifully and comfortably, with lots of room to spread out. The kids swam in the heated pool every day - despite some days with the temps in the 50s! We had plenty of space to host dinners with family in the area. Fresh oranges from the tree in the backyard were a delicious treat! The outdoor heaters came in handy during some cold evenings. Ina was very responsive when we had questions. We can't wait to return :)

Fantastic Waste Managaement Vaca Spo!
We had such a wonderful time at this property for the Waste Management Open. The property is beautiful with plenty of space for larger groups. The pool and backyard is spectacular and a great place to lounge, plunge, or just hang out. There's a huge orange tree and the oranges are delicious this time of year! Also, the property manager could not have been sweeter or more responsive! She was an absolute pleasure to help us with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property for a few couples looking for a convenient place to stay not only for the Waste Management Open, but for Old Town, golfing, and Taliesin West as well. It's just a short drive/ Uber to all the sites Scottsdale has to offer. Thank you for such a great trip! :)

The house is very clean and spacious. The owner was excellent to communicate with and super helpful with restaurant recommendations and helping us find covid testing to return back to Canada. Beds were super comfortable and the outdoor space is great.

Great house for a group!
I selected this home because we were a group of three couples. Having three bathrooms and some space is important when traveling with other adults. This recently and well-renovated home did not disappoint! It would easily accommodate four children with the enclosed living spaces at both the front and back of the house, while still keeping the large open family room available to hang out. The house was impeccably clean and well-appointed. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Wow…resort style living
We rented this home as the family was in town visiting and we needed more space. This home is absolutely gorgeous and well cared for. It definitely felt like we were staying at a five star resort. First, the host was communicative making the check-in process super easy. She also gave us great recommendations on restaurants near by. The place was ver spacious and clean. The kids really enjoyed the outdoors and the pool area. It’s provides great privacy and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. The location of the home was great too. Within min drive to the malls and scottsdale. I would highly recommend this home and definitely booking for family’s next visit.
