The condo is located in the sought after "Signature" complex of north Scottsdale. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 8! 1st floor, with no stairs. Master bedroom offers a King bed, TV, attached full bath and sliding door to patio. 2nd Guest Room offers another King bed and TV. The 3rd Guest Room offers 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) and TV. The living area also offers another large TV which opens to the patio, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Outside you will find a few tables and chairs to relax, along with an electric BBQ in case you do not want to walk the 1 minute to the pool area BBQ's.

The community center with all of the amenities is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door. There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, locker rooms, steam room, sauna, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire-pit! What more could you ask for? The condo is a close walk to 2 grocery stores (AJ's & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails!

You will find Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts and a Park just around the corner, walking distance at "Horizon Park"!

condo was larger than expected. the rooms are roomy, which is great. beds comfy, pool as expected, hot tub good, steam room very hot, didn't use the club house (aside from the little library), but that looked excellent, well located for access to freeway and groceries and shopping, safe neighborhood. Host was great and responsive on text - everything super easy.

Family Vacation
Three ladies for this trip. The pool is close to the condo. For the most part not many people in the pool. Also hot tub. The condo is very comfortable. Easy access to the area , the freeway for venturing off. Once we figured out the TVs,. there were lots of choices for late night relaxing. Enjoyed the place. Would recommend it.

This condo complex was great. It was close to the highway and within walking distance of many restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. The condo itself was very nice. Check in process was easy. The floors were left a bit dirty and I tried to mop but the mop was filthy. Also there were no instructions on how to do anything (get in to pool area, how to work tvs, check out process). We did extend our stay one day and that was simple to do which was great. The property manager was very responsive and the condo was a great size with a nice patio. Would def go back.

Outstanding North Scottsdale location. Near everything. Property amenities…pool, fitness…great. Stayed in unit a month, worked well for our group of 8 when they came out for Spring Break. A few minor maintenance issues, which were brought to attention of property manager. Also, kitchen was missing a few basic items which should have been there…decent sized coffee pot, blender, dish rags, broom…which we had to add to the mix. Unit recently upgraded, though, it seems. Nice flooring, beds. Very good experience.
