We were assigned a suite that was in serious need of an upgrade. We usually stay at Marriott hotels but decided to give it a try. The suite was also choppy and poorly maintained. There was insufficient light, a burnt out lightbulb, sink fixtures that were falling apart, a mattress too small for the bed frame, an older shower that was functional, but had no shelf or niche to place your shampoo and soap. This hotel is in an ideal location, but it’s time to revamp it.

I came to Scottsdale for my nieces wedding. I had a friend say she stayed at your hotel ages ago and so I booked on her recommendation. Even though many years were between her visit and mine, we both loved the hospitality, cleanliness, the lovely breakfast, and I swam in the pool 100 laps every day. It was fabulous. I would definitely come back another time.

We enjoyed the pool area which was nice and quiet with a variety of loungers tables ect. Staff were great and the breakfast and free happy hour were added bonuses. We extended our stay by an extra day. We will be back
