Morgan Estates welcomes you to our Scottsdale Luxury Escape which is just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and downtown Scottsdale. The exquisite backyard spaces were meticulously designed and custom built by the owners themselves. This house, with a luxurious backyard and heated pool, includes many amenities as you would have in your own home and just minutes from restaurants, hiking, golfing, shopping and supermarkets. Our home is not suitable for parties or gatherings of outside visitors.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Scottsdale Stadium. Enjoy features like a spa tub and an arcade/game room. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a private pool and a kitchen in the vacation home.

Spring Training Home Base
Stayed with a group of friends for a weekend of Spring Training. The house was perfectly appointed for a very enjoyable weekend. The hot tub, pool, pool table, ping pong, and suffleboard helped us pass time between baseball games. The location was walkable (or easily scooterable) to Scottsdale Stadium, and close to the grocery store. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay. Great house.
We absolutely loved the house. Located a short distance from everywhere you want to be. Games in the garage, full relaxation outside. Plenty of comfortable seating for many different types of hanging out. Highly recommend.

Great rental close to Old Scottsdale!!
We spent 6 nights here and it was beautiful. The house is very well equipped with everything you need! The kitchen is well stocked which made cooking super easy. The backyard has a great pool that we spent most of ours days relaxing by. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. If we ever go back to Scottsdale I would say here in a heartbeat!!

Great house, great location
This house was perfect for our girls weekend! We had 10 girls and it slept us comfortably with everyone sharing a bed. The backyard is is perfect and we had everything we needed. About a 4-6 min Uber ride from old town and SUPER EASY and fast to instacart groceries or food if you decide not to rent a car. The owner was so easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. The whole experience was great.

An true Scottsdale retreat!
We had a great stay at Cavalier Vista! The house has a great layout and is extremely comfortable. The amenities are outstanding and the house was well stocked. Between the comfortable living area, game room, and outdoor space we were always entertained when at the house and when we wanted to venture out, the location was perfect as it’s close to many activities and a short ride (or walk) away from Old Town. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We are confident we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our Spring Break in Scottsdale. Thank you Jimmy!

Very clean and well equipped property. Conveniently located! Everything was well kept and the extra little things like soaps and spa items were a nice touch. It was too cold to use the pool while we were there but the open concept out to the patio area was perfect for our large group.

Oasis in Quiet Scottsdale Neighborhood
Lovely home with a modern newly renovated feel. Outside retreat, pool and hot tub with an eclectic atmosphere. Perfect accommodations for 5 old friends. If we never left the property, we would have been completely content. Excellent kitchen. Easy access to hot spots in Scottsdale. Would stay again and recommend to friends

Beautiful house!
Beautiful house and great communication. It was the perfect house for a group :) the floors were a little dirty so we just wore slippers the whole time. Very nice house and quiet area. The power went out since we decided to come during monsoon season.
