This place was horrible. Partly because desk assigned me(as one of the first to register that afternoon) the absolute worse location in the facility - facing a super highway. This was aggravated by the fact that the door had ZERO weathetstripping, so not only did the highway noise get in, i could hear the footsteps of everyone walking (not talking) by. Add to that -7/d wifi. Claimed 247mps (millions per sec). Speedtest dot net clocked download at 6.2mps - 1/3 speed necessary for bufferlrss streaming). And, even that was variable. Other tests (within 15min) returned rates from 1.2mps to 9.7 : definitely not 247. - even if streaming was possible, it had to be in my device. TV dad no streaming ability - TV; Privided 1 channel. A non-brand movie channel just showing 1 movie after another. Seroousle pissed by this point (added to noise, wtc). TV not usable (for my need) the entire 4 day stay. Conclusion. This experience is partly my fault; i filtered on cost and this was one of the 5 lowest. Hasnt stung me b4 this. However, what i learned this time is DO NOT check in until they PHYSICALLY SHOW YOU THE EXACT ROOM YOUR TENTING. Refused to reassign or cancel res because I'd checked in.

Bad experience
The room they provided us was under construction and it had puddles of water in the bathroom and in the hallway. It smelled super bad and we couldn’t stay there due to the condition of the room. We went to complain to the manager in the morning and he had attitude with us because we had something bad to say. So we asked for our refund and he didn’t give it to us.

Avoid at all cost- you’ve been warned
If it hadn’t been for the astounding number of homeless people wandering around, sleeping in the parking lot, I would have slept in my car. It took over an hour to check in as they claimed to not have our reservation. The absolute filthiest rooms (especially the floors) I’ve ever seen - both rooms. One room had no tv. This hotel is hanging on by a thread of being condemned, in my opinion.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been in. A lot of the room doors are literally bent or broken. The office clerk only talks to you through a small bullet proof window after 8 pm and there is an armed security guard inside the clerk's office. It took 30 minutes to check in, while I was checking in, the couple that had been checked in just before me came back saying their room was occupied by a man. When I saw the room with the extremely dirty carpet and the awful smell along with noises from neighboring rooms, I walked back to the office, turned in my key card to office and asked for reimbursement which was denied. I am filing a dispute with my bank if Orbitz does not remove the charge. The pictures on Orbitz are not at all representative of the state of the hotel. There were all kinds of weirdoes/druggies ambling around the outside hallways too.

Chez and Sarena were absolutely fantastic they definitely went above and beyond to make sure I got as comfortable as it would allow in my new room the 2nd night but unfortunately there was a leaky water problem overnight and all my stuff got extremely wet suitcase clothes personal documents such as birth cert social security card and what not including a phone got ruined management was absolutely not hospitable at all he was extremely hard to speak w never got any apology or anything for all my stuff getting ruined young desk man woman was beyond rude and created a major problem out of the drama she wanted to create between the manager and I even worser in the end I got kicked out and never even got such as a apology or anything for all my stuff getting ruined now I can't go to my interview for my job this week due to the fact of there water problem destroying my documents I will need for work only ok thing about it was he did allow me time to pack and get my Uber and next room situated but most definitely didn't have to throw me out over the rude young childs/front desk girl bs dramma when of all things i felt i deserved some kind of accountability for there propertys problems ruining my very important personal belongings in the end costed me new luggage a whole lot of unnecessary money to clean up and fix w there property ruined not to mention replacing documents w nope hope of the job I wanted due to the fact it's going going to take a month or better to rrplace it all

The worker who was supposed to check me in when I got there refused to help me because “she was supposed to leave already”. Then she said another lady was supposed to be here soon. I waited almost an hour and a half until said lady finally showed up for her shift, and then she went inside and disappeared for another 15 mins. Then the the audacity to be extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. Extremely unsatisfying experience, and I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Locked out of tge lobby at 6pm. Room was disgusting. Norhing like pictures. Only one towel. Carpet was absolutely disgusting. Needed remodeled so bad. Felt very unsafe. Alot of doors looked kicked in. Really bad vibe. Stayed long enough to find a different hotel, about 10 minutes. If i could rate it a zero star on everything, i would. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
