My husband ended up not joining me for the week, but I was in and out with no problems. I enjoyed the pool. I felt safe and had all I needed. The directions were perfect and the guest contact couldn't have been more communicative.

All was perfect
Had a very busy schedule during out stay in Phoenix and having everything clean, ready and available made things that much easier. It was quiet, had everything we needed, we enjoyed the cooled swimming pool on the 100+ degree days, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Mother Daughter Get-Away
Thank you for accommodating an early check in! The condo had everything we needed and the pool was a few steps away. We did not have a car with us but did walk to the local Fry’s for groceries (only 20 minute walk) and any tourists locations we wanted to see were a 20minute Uber ride in any direction. Richard was quick to reply to any questions and was very helpful. Great stay!

Wonderful couple's condo
My husband and I stayed at this condo toward the end of March 2024. It was very clean and well stocked. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The location was great for all the hiking we wanted to do. The gated condo community was very pleasant and for being surrounded by so many other condos, it was really quiet which was nice. The pool was wonderful and check in and out was smooth. The owner communicated with me in a very timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We really enjoyed it!

Great Phoenix visit
Great condo. Great owner. Very comfortable stay. We felt like it was a home away from home. Very safe and quiet gated complex. We didn’t take advantage of the additional amenities but they look very nice. We would definitely stay there again. We were very pleased with the ease of check-in and check out.

The condo is a bit dated, but clean and certainly met our needs very nicely. It would have been nice to have a smart TV so we could watch something besides basic cableTV the month. Would certainly consider renting it again if available for a reasonable price

I highly recommend this rental. Very clean, and the kitchen was nicely stocked, not a bunch of mismatched items like some places we’ve rented. The complex is very quiet and the pool was heated! Washer and dryer worked well. We drive an F150 truck, so the parking was a little tight, but worked. An average sized sedan would fit fine. The property manager was quick to respond any time we communicated with him.

Nice condo in need of maintenance
This property has all the components for a great getaway. Unfortunately there were also issues with the electric outlets which made it difficult to charge cell phones, and the dryer ran all night without shutting off. The positives were a beautiful and quiet area with a first floor patio. The pool and hot tub were much appreciated and the gas grill came in handy for cooking a meal. Richard was responsive and promised to address the issues ASAP which would make this a place worth returning to.

Good location
The condo was quiet and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The condo location and area is quiet and safe. We walked to mountain trails which are very easy to get to. My only suggestion is to freshen up the bathroom. Mold around the shower caulking, dirty grout on tile floor, dingy paint and out dated fixtures. The owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests. Price was very affordable. If you play tennis or pickleball the court facilities are bad. No lines, net is in bad shape and not adjustable without a wrench and surface is bare concrete.
