Short trip (4 nights)
My wife and I stayed at this property. I didn't realize that there is very little parking and it backs up to a low income apartment complex that has people walking around at all hours (day and night). I was very nerious when I arrived that our car would be vandalized (it wasn't). The house is nice and clean, but you have to walk around from the side, in an alley, to the front of the house to get in. There is no access to the garage. I also had requested that the pool be heated, but there was no response from the property manager, and it wasn't heated during our stay. The sports court is very nice overall but the pickleball net only covers half of the pickleball court, so you can't play a regular game. The house and property aren't bad, there are just some nuanses that you shoud be aware of if you stay here.

Property was a great place. Great location for visiting our daughter that attends GCU. Little confusion with parking and the front main entryway. You actually park on the side of the house and have to walk around to the front for entry. Not a big deal except we arrived in the midst of a torrential downpour(not the norm for Phoenix) so not convenient. But overall a great stay.

Perfect Spot for a Summer Friend Reunion
I rented this home to house myself and three friends traveling in from out-of-state for a reunion 20 years in the making. Even though I live in the East Valley, I wanted a spot that we wouldn't feel crowded in and that felt like a vacation for all of us - and this did just that. The house was perfect for quiet mornings with coffee or afternoon lunches after lounging in the pool. The location was close to a number of uptown's restaurants so we could choose from a variety of cuisine, price points, and vibes. Each bedroom was comfy, stayed cool with the A/C, and the house was stocked with everything we could have needed. Bedding and pillows were all super comfy, towels were fluffy and soft, and everything was clearly chosen with guest comfort in mind. The only issue we had was the smoke alarm battery dying and making that dreaded incessant "beep," but host was super responsive and had it resolved in no time. We couldn't have been happier!

Brothers' get together weekend
Great property. Clean, very convenient kitchen. Pool and basketball court where big draws for us. We declined heating the pool for our late March visit....probably the wrong decision but we still enjoyed the very chilly pool!

Awesome House in Awesome Location
We rented this house to have a little backyard wedding because the location was awesome and the pool/basketball court was a huge selling point. Only issue we had was that we were not provided a code for the door and when we got there I called and it took about 30 minutes for them to assign one. They were very apologetic and communicative about it, though. Overall, it was a great place and we had a great time.
