The Space:
All of our 1bd no pets units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure building entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.

Other Things to Note:
Fine Print: We accept one pet maximum 30 lb weight limit in Pets Allowed units only. Second pet allowable under most circumstances if pet is mature and trained under 30lbs. No cats allowed please. We do not provide daily maid or linen service. Your room is cleaned before you check in and after you check out only. We do not provide shampoo, toothpaste, etc. We are focused on longer term stays of 5 days + but we do host for 2 day stays. Shorter term reservations can only be made within the same week of travel. Our internet speeds vary. We subscribe to Cox 1GB but there are many factors in the speed our guests will receive at any time. We provide no guarantees and do not reimburse for downtime. Please note we do have ADA accessible units and can provide them, just let us know in advance. We are 100% self check in, you will receive a code for your door 2 hours in advance of check in. Our location is 5858 W. Chandler Blvd, Chandler, AZ.

Graduation Weekend
The overall stay was comfortable for the price. Some of the cons are: mold in the shower head faucet, random sounds in the night like creatures feet running around, tried grilling on the outside grill and the grill was not staying lit. I called the property and through text they seemed to care but no one over came to fix or help the problem. Said they would send someone the next day and it was apparent no one came because another group tried using it and it wasn't working. The vent where the filter is was dirty and the vents all have stuff inside of them. The fridge was not cold and was leaking water all over the place inside. Once the temperature was adjusted it was fine and the water stopped dripping at a fast pace. Had to put a bowl in to collect the water. One last thing is we attempted to have a picnic next to the pool in the grass and it smelled of nothing of poop and pee. There was dog poop bombs all over the place from people not picking up after their animals. Pro's would be that it was clean for the most part, sheets were clean and the beds were clean. The pool was heated and at a comfortable temperature. Well it felt heated to us. The hot tub was wonderful. We spent most of out time at the pool or out and about.
