This stay was an adventure. The hotel lobby and breakfast area was heavily fragranced and generated a significant headache. Breakfast was off the agenda in order to avoid a headache. The back door security reader did not work, which then required going to another door and a long walk down another heavily fragranced space. Luckily, the room itself was not fragranced. The water heater went out! And they handled that very well.

We'll be back! Nice Hotel.
Hotel experience was pleasant overall. We had a couple of issues though: on Monday evening the hot water went out so we couldn't get a nice shower. Also, the dryer in the guest laundry was VERY inefficient. It took 2+ hours to dry each load (we only had 2 loads). Otherwise, we were happy. Breakfast was great, plenty of variety. The Lady managing the dining room and food was very sweet. She kept everything neat and tidy and food replenished!

It's decent for the price with a free breakfast. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. It is an older hotel, air conditioner works, the accept pets. It's older and a bit run down but the pool and hot tub were decent.

Christmas time stay.
We were put out of our room at 4:30 -5:30 am due to a fire alarm to a boiler fire. The bathroom light didn’t work. Floor carpet wasn’t very clean. Breakfast was good. Rarely saw anyone at the lobby counter. Not sure when my $150 deposit would be returned. Condition of facility is needing a upgrade.

Excellent choice for a stay in Phoenix
This hotel was very nice! We very much enjoyed our spacious room, and the amenities (especially the warm water pool) were lovely. The hot tub didn't seem to be working, but the pool was such a nice temperature we didn't mind. Everywhere was clean and well cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was nice and cared for very well by staff. This was located in a very convenient area of town for us and had quick and easy access to the 101. We will stay here again. The carpet in the rooms could be updated, but that's seriously the only thing I'd change.

Friendly staff, a little run down, but good stay
The customer service team and staff are so amazing here. However the building is dungy, needs reno or deep cleaned, stains kn carpets and furniture, just needs upgraded. Bath tub/toilet had stains. Breakfast needs upgraded, not the usual. Minimal food. Great location, great staff, time to update the place, or at least deep clean.

The place is mostly very quiet however the doors close very heavily which is a little disturbing. The location is well situated near restaurants and shopping which is great. Staff have been very nice.
