This stay was excellent. I stayed two nights with my wife for my anniversary and it was everything we wanted. The room was beautiful and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bath tub was large enough for both of us (we are both pretty average sized), the pools are conveniently located, the private balcony was wonderful to enjoy. We are at Zuzu, the on-site restaurant, and everything was incredible. Highly, highly recommend. I have been to a good number of hotels including a fair number of resort hotels and this was on of our best stays. Parking is not free, but it's in downtown Scottsdale so that should be expected. Valet and self parking are the same cost for hotel guests, so there's not a lot of loss.

The staff was very nice and I have stayed at this property before. Housekeeping was not very good. On Saturday the housekeeper came and took a bag that I had full of shopping as this was a shopping trip and she threw it in the garbage. this was a weekend full of shopping. I did an old town stock Scottsdale Security came Saturday night and went through the footage and security and the front desk went through the garbage and pulled out my stuff, and it is very disturbing to work hard go shopping and have all of your belongings in a trash bin. It was clearly not trash and I am not sure what the hell the housekeeper was thinking

Everything was very nice about the property people, ambience the amazing room they gave us. The only thing is the gym could have been more updated. I love a nice gym to work out in when I travel. The machines was very outdated. But that’s it’s everything was perfect.
