Horrible. Paid for room with a view. Got a parking lot. Requested a room with a tub and crib for my toddler. Got neither. When I asked the front desk about the tub I was told to deal with it. She was very rude. She said they were booked solid so we couldn't move rooms. My husband called the hotel at 10pm and the front desk girl said they had rooms with a tub looking over the golf course. So she lies. The bathroom door did not shut all the way or even lock so my kid could open the door tho play in the toilet.. couldn't sleep as neighbors were loud until 1am. Going to best western. It's a three star hotel for cheaper and the staff are not rude

LOVE THIS HOTEL!
This is my FAVORITE hotel to stay at in Mesa! It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it is convenient to everything! The views of the golf course and surrounding area are amazing! It's the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise in the mornings or the sunset in the evenings. I love this hotel!!! I have stayed here a few times now and it's always a place I look forward to returning to!!!
