One night in Anthem
Stayed one night for a wedding. Front desk woman was great! The bed was firm for my liking, and very creaky. Other than that, the stay was great! We ate at del taco, in the same parking lot. We went at 9pm. First tried to walk in but the lobby was already closed. However, the drive thru stays open late! Breakfast at the hotel was good. We had eggs, bacon and waffles, but there were many other items to choose from!

first time Hotel.com let me down
when we arrived, we were informed we had NO reservation. I showed them the print out of the reservation, with confirmation number, name, correct date and that it was paid for in advance. Was told I may have all that information, but Hotels.com did not confirm with Hampton Inn the reservation. The reservation was none refundable. I called Hotels.com and tried to complete steps thru the automated call, was repeatedly told to please enter the correct code, which I kept putting in. Nothing was resolved. Was told I could check in, but had to PAY again. I sure hope I can get a REFUND!

I accidentally booked two rooms and only needed one…they cancelled the reservation when I realized the mistake and they didn’t have to because I didn’t realize the error until check in. So grateful. I stay at this hotel frequently for triathlon, pickleball, etc. Great place but could use updates…it’s the only hotel in the area
