It’s older but a nice hotel in my opinion. My only complaint is the motion sensor lights turn off while you’re in the shower.

A short drive from the airport. However, receptionist was alone doing everything from answering the phone, scheduling shuttle arrivals and departure and check ins. I hope this is not a common practice.

Unacceptable upkeep, staff service, smell & noise
When we arrived at our room, it was next to the washers and dryers for the hotel. The detergent smell was overwhelming and extremely irritating to our sinuses ouside and inside the room. The noise of the hotel’s AC chillers was loud throughout the rooms. We went back to the front desk and Jennifer was unwilling to move us until we forced the issue. In a disrespectful tone, she asked if it was okay if a tree was outside our room. After dinner (in a new room), we found out that the refrigerator was turned off and water was in the pan under the freezer and on the bottom of the refrigerator. We cleaned up the water with hotel towels. Later that evening, we used the sink in the small kitchen. Water started pouring out of the cabinet onto the floor. It was a sizeable amount and more towels had to be used. What a mess! We reported these two issues when we checked out. As a Hilton Rewards Member, we have come to expect excellent customer service and upkeep of Hilton facilities. This hotel delivered poor service in all of those areas.

The property was nice, however the pool was under construction and I saw no mention of that on the website. Not only was it a huge eyesore in the middle of an open courtyard concept hotel property, but a disappointment that it wasn’t available as shown on the pictures. Also I was double charged by the hotel at check in, and not given my breakfast voucher that was included in my rate. The guest agent Jennifer was very quick in resolving this issue, and very pleasant. On a positive note the property was immaculate and the fire pit and fountain area in the courtyard was a nice touch.

Stay was fine but staff was really rude when I’m checking. Charged me an extra $50 when we already out of the room which is unacceptable. Angry afrrican American man who was a worker or security was knocking hard like they were the police and we told them several times that we are leaving and they charged us already $100 for a late checkout. This is unacceptable and need to hiring better staff that’s are not disgruntled and rude.

I booked this hotel specifically for the nice looking pool on the website , just to find out we couldn’t enjoy it because it was closed for maintenance. The room had someone’s eye lash in the bathroom and the coffee table needed to be wiped down . It looked people had eaten on it .
