My stay was 10/19-10/20 The front desk lady was completely rude, I am not sure if she was new but she was not giving me any straight answers. I requested a crib for my baby and did not get one, I didn’t even bother calling for one because I did not want to have to deal with that lady again. I paid $10 for parking and still got a notice on my car that I did not pay. Was they explained to me? No! And when I asked did it get answer? No! Horrible experience.

Thin walls and floors
Walls and floors are thin or poorly insulated. Poor nights rest because of it. Sounded like someone over us was moving furniture but I think we were just picking up sounds from not only on top of us but from other parts as well as some were more distant than others.

The late evening check in was quite miserable. Triple charged, indifferent staff, and very clunky check in process. No instructions. Elevator was broken and was not mentioned.
