The Pointe Resort is a gated, resort style community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles from downtown or the airport. You will Be happy you chose to stay in this Large updated 2 Bed, 2 Bath home away from home 2nd floor unit. Two Master Bedroom suites provides the ideal floorplan for privacy, enjoy it with your family, or share between Two Couples. DVR with full cable package and TV in every room. This unit is Perfectly located overlooking one of Three Swimming Pools, and Spas. Choose any one of the complexes three separate pool areas situated to enjoy either morning sun or gorgeous pink Phoenix sunsets, plenty of lounge seating and shaded areas to choose from. You will also Love relaxing on your private shaded deck with a cold drink. Expect No hassle check in with entry code and Free Covered Parking. Your vacation condo will always be Professionally cleaned and disinfected to CDC standards before your arrival.
Create fantastic meals with ease from your fully equipped kitchen or you might just choose to grill your lunch poolside. All pools and spas are meticulously cleaned and temperature controlled. You may also decide to use the supplied rackets and balls at the on-site tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts.
Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away for all your grocery needs to stock up that completely outfitted kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the great golf courses, night life, restaurants, MLB spring training, NASCAR, Barrett Jackson auto auction, Phoenix Cardinals NFL, Phoenix Suns NBA, Coyotes NHL old town Scottsdale with its arts centered charm, and it's within a few hours driving distance to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was just as described… clean, quiet, great location with beautiful views. Our hosts were very nice and emailed with instructions as well as an update about work that would be done at the resort. Phoenix Trip for Aunt's 100th Birthday
Very neat property, kitchen and bathrooms very nicely remodeled. Beds are very comfortable. Living area very nice and comfortable couch. One of the bedrooms was a little warm, I used the cooling fan on the nightstand and a floor fan to make it more comfortable. A ceiling fan in that room would help. Property was secure and close to our Aunt's assisted living facility. Easy drive to airport.

Great Girls Weekend Stay - Close to Everything!
This is a super cute Vrbo perfect for two adults, two couples or a family of four. My friend and I came to visit Phoenix, Scottsdale and Gilbert for a quick “girls weekend” not on a weekend and it was clean, nicely decorated and had a clean fun pool and hot tub in a gated community with friendly residents. Very equipped with all the basic kitchen necessities and towels, even had pool floats. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend or stay again!

Just as advertised: Clean, quiet beautiful resort
I have rented condos like this numerous times but I would say that these hosts are up there at the top as far as hosts go. Lots of small touches in the condo to make your visit very comfortable & easy (eg. basic pantry items, cable package with streaming services, full equipped kitchen). Hosts are also very responsive. We had a small issue shortly after we arrived & it was dealt with very quickly.

Amazing rental!
We loved staying here! The condo is one of the nicest places we've rented; it was perfect for our family. The kitchen is well equipped, has comfortable furniture, there's plenty of closet space, and has a washer & dryer (no shared facilities!). We did not use the pool or jacuzzi, but they are kept clean. We did use the basketball court. The facility is gated, has plenty of security cameras, and is very quiet. We will definitely use this facility again.

We loved our stay. The kitchen has modern counters and cabinets. The bedrooms were both spacious and one did not seem superior to the other. The pool was nice and pleasant to view from the window and balcony. The location was just right for us. I'm glad we chose to stay here-rather than a hotel.

Beautiful, bright condo!
We loved the condo! It was bright, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming every day. We were staying in Phoenix to take our daughter to college at GCU. We found the location easy to access the school and a variety of other areas around town. We definitely will come back!

This property was everything we hoped for: cheaper than a really nice hotel but so much better. Everything was clean and comfortable and worked. We were here 10 days for two weddings and except for the outdoor heat, everything was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy to get to from airport. Close to hiking and golf. Clean, well equipped kitchen. 3 pool options on property. One just below outside patio. Negatives are second floor with climbing stairs. Busy Cave Creek Road. Pools a little on small side. More positives than negatives and would stay again.
