This unit will have hard vinyl plank flooring, and a mix of furniture that is starting show its age. There may be varying levels of light deferred maintenance. The premium units will also feature granite countertops and some of the appliances have been replaced although appliances are also showing their age. Bathroom will also have had a remodel within last 5 years and cabinets are original and painted. These units are scheduled for remodel over the next 90 days and are discounted through 2021. Please do not expect a 100% remodeled unit but do expect a clean and livable 1bd. We do also have upgraded units available and listed.
Welcome to Metro Chandler Apartments. We specialize in all inclusive living. We are an apartment community (Converted from former 3-4 star Hawthorn Suites) with all rooms tastefully remodeled (room furnishings and fixtures vary and may look different than pictures). All of our kitchens are fully stocked and the living room couch folds into a queen size bed. You will enjoy Cox cable with a premium package and broadband internet. All windows are fitted with black out coverings. All bathrooms have modern finishes and showerheads are high pressure. Our location is unmatched off of Chandler Blvd., minutes from the Chandler Mall and in between highway 101 and 10. You are 10 minutes from central Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa and Scottsdale. POOL IS CURRENTLY UNDER RENOVATION UNTIL MID TO mid December 2021.
Please read: this property was recently purchased in September 2021. Previous ownership had units in varying states of remodel. The pictures shown are the base unit, unmodeled. Your unit will differ from fully remodeled to partial remodel. Our prices have been significantly discounted to account for this and we are in the process of standardizing each unit and exterior renovation. This means there may be construction crew on the exterior and potential for noise.
Please note that we are not a hotel and do not provide daily maid service, renewal towel or linen service beyond the initial setup. We do not provide refills of toilet paper, dishwasher soap or any other supplies. We do provide cups, utensils and most kitchenware. Please expect to make a Walmart run during the first week of your stay. There is not a washer and dryer in your unit but there is a washer dryer facility onsite. We are in the process of remodeling and standardizing all units to the same finishes. Currently furnishings and finishes vary by unit, you most likely will receive differing furniture and fixtures than pictured. Pool decking and dog park is getting remodeled in the month of September 2021 and may be down for service during that time.

Complex is under renovations and units are clean and the grounds and location are immaculate. We will be fully renovated by year end and prices will be commensurate with the location
The Space:
All of our 1bd no pets units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.
Amenities: Our grounds and amenities are unmatched and feature a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ gym, business center, clubhouse and dog park. Please note that pool decking and dog park is getting remodeled in the month of September 2021 and may be down for service during that time.
Location: We are where you want to be in the East Valley. Exactly in the middle of highways 101 and 10, you will be 15 minutes from everything including the airport, camelback corridor, downtown, Tempe, and Scottsdale. Please keep in mind that there may be very slight road noise on the grounds so if you are very sensitive then you may want to consider another option.
