The Space:
All of our 1bd no pets units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.

Amenities: Our grounds and amenities are unmatched and feature a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ gym, business center, clubhouse and dog park. Please note that pool decking and dog park is getting remodeled in the month of September 2021 and may be down for service during that time.

Location: We are where you want to be in the East Valley. Exactly in the middle of highways 101 and 10, you will be 15 minutes from everything including the airport, camelback corridor, downtown, Tempe, and Scottsdale. Please keep in mind that there may be very slight road noise on the grounds so if you are very sensitive then you may want to consider another option.

Alright for what we needed

It was most definitely not cleaned when we entered our room. The floor was dirty, there was a weird white dust on basically every surface. The listing is accurate in their discription of minimal maintenance; the grout in the tile was chipping out. The door jams and handles on almost all the doors were broken, a lot of the furniture had damage. The nicest thing about the unit was the kitchen. It was basically untouched. We didnt try any of the appliances, so we cant vouch for their use. The host was responsive and friendly. We basically only slept there, so it was good for what we used it for. But it didnt seem as nice as the pictures made it out to be. The description was accurate, but the pictures were somewhat misleading. But I guess thats business lol
