Ok but could use some TLC
Overall this apt was just ok for the cost. Some nice touches but some things need attention: basic kitchen items like a roll of paper towels, salt/pepper, reasonable number of water glasses missing. There is a hole in one bedroom door where someone punched it, that needs repair. Bed linens are thin but clean. Carpet could use a professional cleaning. Hole in the roof above the balcony means rainwater splashes on the patio all night instead. On the plus side, Keurig pods, TP were provided, as well as dishwashing tabs. Couches were comfy.

Great location for Giants Spring Training baseball.
Condo was located in a good location for our visit; 10 minutes from Sky Harbor airport, restaurants and shopping close by. Unfortunately it was on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Clean and beds were very comfortable but the pillows need to be replaced. Kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. Some blinds need repair. Brittany was helpful when we called with a question.

Great location in Phoenix
This two bedroom condo is in a desirable Phoenix location near the Biltmore area. It was close to shopping and places to visit. The pools and grill areas were nice. The condo was clean and we especially liked the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay here while visiting Arizona and highly recommend this rental.

Nice area
Brittany was very quick to respond when booking and when needing wifi info. We own a carpet cleaning/restoration business, so we noticed pet odors as soon as we opened the door. I tried to keep my sandals on as the carpet did not smell, look or feel like it had been cleaned in awhile. The tub needs some attention as it was peeling under the mat. We really didn't use the kitchen other then the refrigerator, but found it to be adequate for what we needed. The location is great for the Biltmore area and felt the neighborhood was pretty safe.

Great Location
This condo is close to everything you would want to do the in the great Phoenix area. And there is an In and Out within walking distance!!! The pools are also fantastic.
