A beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom single-level condominium with outstanding Pinnacle Peak views! This luxury property has an open floor plan, Alder wood doors and cabinets, wood and travertine floors, marble in the bathrooms, granite kitchen countertops (a fantastic kitchen) and custom landscaping/patio in the back. There are custom wood shutters throughout, and shades for floor-to-ceiling patio windows/sliding glass doors.

Fully Furnished, this condo features a large master bed/bath (king bed), large 2nd bedroom (queen bed) with an ensuite full bath and a 3rd bedroom (full bed) with excellent views! Great gas fireplace in the family room and excellent large dining table seats 6.

Open floor-plan with family room, large dining area with separate kitchen/eating area, sitting/living room. Large laundry room and 2 car garage. The home is stocked with linens, towels, pool towels, pool umbrella, all kitchen utensils and features AllClad cookware.

All utilities are included in monthly rentals (AC/Heat, Water, Trash, Wifi). The TV's have Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu for your evening enjoyment!

This condo is a ground floor unit (of only 2 floors) in the Pinnacle Point complex, which features a great pool, hot tub and gym. The pool area has outstanding views looking east, over the Troon golf course development. The complex is located right across the street from the legendary Four Seasons Resort (excellent restaurants), and less than 2 miles to Troon North Golf complex (which is open to the public). 30 day rentals preferred. Golf/Sun winter escape
Spent a good week here. Condo is beautiful, in a great area for golf and has gated entry and community pool with gym. Hosts are very nice and responsive. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Perfect Stay!
Wonderful! Five star all around. Beautiful townhome in a very quiet location. Very close to hiking, the Four Seasons Resort, fabulous restaurants and great golf! Bonus...the kitchen was well stocked and a chef's delight. Definitely a return visit for us in the near future!

We stayed at our beautiful vrbo for 5 months while building a new home. Dave was so accommodating and available at all times. The community is so pretty and quiet. The condo is lovely and comfortable. The outdoor patio is always shaded until late day, so in the heat of summer, we could still be outside. We felt very at home these past few months. The home is accommodated with every need from sheets and towels to kitchen supplies. We really hate to leave and made several friends along the way.

Super comfortable TROON North condo
This condo was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location, has super views, very spacious accommodations that were exceptionally clean. We definitely would love to stay here again!
