Disliked: Cleanliness

I write this evaluation after much consideration. We have used VRBO for years and have a 5 star rating. I feel it is important to be honest and to give an accurate evaluation.
The Good: Location of the complex and unit in the complex is great. Beds are comfortable and linens adequate. Bathrooms are nicely updated.
The Bad: Carpets are filthy even after being cleaned….need to be replaced. Kitchen supplies minimal and pans need replacing. Pillows need replacing or bring your own. Living room furniture sagging and uncomfortable. Window screens with large holes. Outdoor cushions need replacing.
The Worst: Dirty-the floors around refrigerator/washer/dryer, under furniture. Cabinets sticky with food, and food scraps. This is the first place that I went immediately to store to buy Clorox wipes and floor cleaner. Management did send a carpet cleaner the next morning..carpets are still stained with dirt, but at least we knew they were clean.
This property needs a thorough cleaning and some love and attention.
It is my opinion that property has not been visited by the owners or upper property management recently.
