Horrible room. Does not look like an Aloft or anything Marriott would have. Definitely needs to be renovated inside the room. Mirror was cracked, bathroom wasn’t very clean and had an odor. Too tired to keep complaining

Hotel room phone did not work. Electric blinds did not work. No remote in room and didnt see a switch Blinds were open about a foot the entire stay. Woke up 9am on Nov 29 to construction around my hotel room windows. Loud drilling, and see 2 men at my window. I should of gave em a kiss. Inconvenienced & felt violated. Also not enough handicap parking available. Lots of parking spaces were not available and blocked off with construction tape & orange cones. Im handicap and use a walker & have leg brace. Had to walk far. Looking for refund for one night. Should have been notified of construction prior to trip, otherwise i would not have stayed there. Look forward to your response

Decent hotel, but item left behind “not found”
We had three rooms here as a family. Nice enough hotel and cool vibes. Our complaint is that my husband definitely left a T-shirt there on the bed- it was white/cream colored and blended in with the sheets when we packed up. We called the hotel right away and also went back in person to get it back. There didn’t seem to be much concern for our lost item. It may not seem like a big deal, but it was a special shirt we got in Hawaii. It just disappointed us that it had to be taken by a staff member.

The property is nice and well-maintained. The staff are generally alright, though sometimes you might catch them relaxing in the lounge as if they don’t have anything to do. They had a Christmas tree sitting there for about three days, but they never had a bad attitude.

I called before my flight took off to let the hotel know I would be delayed arriving around 2:00 am and the guy at the desk said he would make a note and check me in. When I arrived, the night staff said he had no record of this, wasn’t able to locate my reservation, and said I would have to wait until the “night audit” was complete to get a room- this put me in my room after 3 am after a very long day of traveling. Not the best system or customer service and didn’t offer any apology or compensation.
