Only issue I have is someone at valet leaving a permanent sharpie or black marker line on my brand new Mercedes amg seat. After being billed an additional 300+ for valet and tipping above and beyond upon final departure.

Came here to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Had an amazing massage at the spa, listened to really great live music, and had a really beautiful room with a lovely view of the city!

Hotel is nice but at this price I expected more. Had to ask 3 times before we finally got slippers. The restaurant did not have spoons for coffee for breakfast (strange!!) and the shower let the water spill all over the bathroom.

Spent the night in one of the suites after just being married, the room was a perfect environment to cap off the evening. Very luxurious and romantic, will most definitely return for another evening while visiting Philadelphia.
