The city view that I upgraded to was pointless. It wasn’t a great view but nice to have a balcony. We had an issue with the tv being “restarted” in the morning that blocked us from watching tv for about 2 hours, but apparently was normal for it to do that. Lastly, my biggest issue with the hotel was the phone service when calling in prior to my check in. Had to call 3 times to finally get through to someone.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice staff, but not sure if there was a problem with their heater system bc my room stayed cold. They gave me a space heater which didn’t really resolve the fact that my room stayed cold. So essentially, I was in a fancy room relying on a space heater like I didn’t pay my bill or something.

I loved my stay at the Windsor ! My room was on the top floor & had an amazing view of the city. Room was very nice & clean. Parking in the valet was super convenient. Only complaints I have is you hear everything in the room & my mini cooler fridge didn’t work but I didn’t need it anyways . The staff was so accommodating and super nice . The restaurants downstairs are really good !

We had a wonderful stay. The suite allowed our family of 4 enough space to relax in comfort. The kitchen is very convenient and the location is great- an easy walk to Love Park and City Hall and the Christmas Village.

Love the balcony view of the city and the pet friendliness! Kitchenette was also great to have and closets are HUGE! Rooftop terrace with firepit was really nice to have a glass of wine by. Free morning coffee was delicious. Two good restaurants connected with great food.

I stayed for 2 nights. Check in time is 4 but room wasnt ready until 5. The first night the TV/Remote wouldnt work and the front desk said call back tomorrow. The shower was luke warm at best. and seetting the thermostat to 77 only got you to 70 degrees. If it isnt the weekend they dont even have a continental breakfast. Con Murphy's is the bomb though. The staff was super nice overall though.

I stay at the hotel (12/13-12/15). I chose this hotel because me and my family wanted to see what the Christmas village was all about. Yea this hotel was very convenient for walking around. I did like the area. The front desk people were really nice. My room was ok. Just wish we had hair shampoo bottle that would work. But other than that. We really enjoyed our mini vacation.

My only issue was that they texted me to tell me that they were eco-friendly and if we didn't want the room cleaned to just text them back "plant a tree." I did that but room service still came in and changed all my towels and everything. I really didn't want them in my room and that's why I texted that. I also prefer to be a little more environmentally conscious.
