The rooms were clean and modern and the area is convenient and walkable. The staff members were attentive, pleasant and accommodating. It reminded me of how customer service used to be. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, great people, comfortable rooms
It’s a very nice place sitting right between the best art museums in Philadelphia (Barnes Foundation and Philadelphia museum of art). The location is perfect for me. Hotel crew was really nice and did what they could to make the stay comfortable. There was a mini-fridge in the room description i noticed it’s not there and it was delivered 5 minutes later. A quirky feature of this place is a smart mirror in the bathroom. You can check the map or play a game while brushing your teeth. Worth to install The Maj App it allows you to control some of the room features.

New but disappointing near Museum
New hotel located near Philadelphia Museum of Art, though nothing much else in the vicinity. On trend decor (e.g. plants around lobby), comfy bed with nice linens. Very noisy AC - you can turn off noisy wall fan, but noisy ceiling system runs 24/7. Surprising that such a new hotel is providing single-use plastic mini toiletries. I found it style over substance - I don’t need internet in the bathroom mirror, but would like to switch off the lights by the bed without having to get out of bed and deal with complicated switches! Slippers would have been nice given the cold, tiled floors. No housekeeping.

Lots of amusing up to the minute technological gadgets, like a bathroom mirror that tells time and the temperature. Noisy blower going all the time, didn't seem related to the air conditioner, but maybe it was. But it is superbly located for Logan Square and all the wonderful museums, nice parks and gardens.

Pluses - Loved the location. Staff was helpful. Minuses - shower floor was gross; - bitten by black insects in bed, on my checks, waist and ankles; brought a couple of these black bugs home; hope that’s the end of it

Nice hotel with amazing location near the famous Rocky steps and perfect home base for us being first time Philly visitors. Nice touches with technology in the rooms but you can still do the manual key card thing as well and use the light switch. The staff were nice and helpful.

Sleek clean rooms. Lobby full of plants. Complimentary bowl of candy and Kenya set up in lobby. Rooms are beautiful, brick walls and wooden bed frames are gorgeous. Bathroom has a mirror with internet IN it. So cool.
