The people working at the hotel were lovely. But the upkeep and current status of the hotel is well below expectations. This used to be a landmark hotel and has clearly fell into disrepair.

Booked ahead for 4 people and upgraded to a suite with pullout couch. Couch was filthy and had to request linens for said couch and enough towels 3 times. Balcony (also extra) was similarly dirty.
