Good style, no amenities, rough sheets, bad pillows, no plugs even at the work desk, etc barge for water! Friendly staff, restaurants down the street, close to key sites..but also dangerous at night.

This place is so run down. It’s worse than a motel. The valet made us walk to the lot after an hour wait. They had no staff and whatever staff they did have didn’t not give a sht. The beds are awful and the tv must be 10 years old. What a dump. Kimpton is dead to me

Room was very small. Bed was broken on one side so it made noise everytime you moved. It was hot in the room so we changed the temp 2 degrees and you could see your breath. The shower was beautiful but only has a partial door so water gets everywhere on the floor and it doesnt stay warm in the bathroom. For the price you could stay longer somewhere else

This was by far one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. The room was lovely I stayed one night. From the hand soap to the body wash all smelled good and high quality. I would definitely stay here again.

Inhospitable staff starting from check-in. The carpet, furnishings are worn, only 2 of 6 elevators running at any point (long waits in evening,morning) but expected from an older historic hotel. The staffing - didn’t expect such disinterested, disengaged and unconcerned service for basics (like wifi and breakfast cards). Location is great and there are plenty other hotels at this price point nearby.

Excellent Pet Friendly Stay by Independence Hall
This hotel is in an excellent location and the staff is incredible. Our room had a view of Independence Hall and room service brought us a dog bed for Snoopy. The food at the Red Owl Tavern is delicious. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Great all around.
