Housekeeping was a disaster—while they made the bed, they left everything else in complete disarray. The room, though modern in appearance, was poorly designed. The bathroom was particularly frustrating, with a barnyard-style door that didn’t close properly. The open-concept layout was another major issue—the shower and toilet were across from the sink with no proper door, leaving no sense of privacy. On our second day, they refilled our coffee but only with decaf—a clear sign of poor attention to detail. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially considering we paid extra compared to other hotels in the area that offered better value. We felt misled by the Hyatt name. By the third night, we moved to the Element Hotel by Westin, which was an incredible improvement—better rooms, superior service, and more affordable. Never again, Hyatt!

My husband and I stayed here for a well needed baecation. We drove from NY and were greeted with the most helpful staff at the front desk. The hotel is close to many walkable restaurants and shopping areas. Hotel room was clean and quiet. The bar was great for a quick drink.parking was next to impossible so we ended up paying 65 per night for parking .All in all we would definitely stay again

Walking distance to every restaurant and place we love- very safe area and also very quiet - rooms are SO big compared to most other places, very modern and clean. Have stayed at many hotels in Rittenhouse Square and absolutely by far my favorite.

Nice safe clean lodging.
My daughter stayed for the Rocky Run. I didn't actually go. But she reported back that her and her boyfriend felt safe in the area and the room .The room was super clean. Hotel had nice menu and plenty of food options. Check in was easy as well. They already said they will be staying there next run.

Second time at The Hyatt Centric and it will continue to be my go to place to stay when visiting my kid at Temple. Exceptionally clean, modern, beautifully appointed, great location and wonderful friendly staff. The restaurant is fabulous too with delicious food and convenient to enjoy a meal before and after a long day. Looking forward to our next visit!
