It was our belated honeymoon. Staff gave us a sweet little gift and ballons acknowledging our stay. Had a slight problem with room but was handled promptly to our satisfaction. Staff was absolutely, friend, kind, and courteous. We would stay there again if we came to Philly again.

The hotel staff were good and helpful, but the door to my room didn’t line up properly, so I had to slam it each time to get it to close properly. That’s very noisy at night when other guests are trying to sleep. The television only had local channels, which I knew was different than many other hotels I’ve stayed at. The front desk said they were working on the satellite dish, but it went on during my entire 3 day stay. I had to ask for a light bulb that was out in my room. It’s not a big deal, but the room wasn’t brightly lit even with all good bulbs, and the housekeeping staff should check those things before guests check in. When I made a request at the front desk though, the hotel employees did have the light bulb changed promptly, and they did seem to want to help. They were friendly too, and I appreciate that.
