The Four Points near the Philadelphia airport was in a secure location, the staff was very friendly when i checked in, the room was clean and comfortable, and the shuttle for the airport was quite convenient. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I fly through Philly.

I always stay here when I’m in town and it’s not bad at all. The rooms are outdated but it’s good if you just need a place to stay.

Anywhere that I stay customer service is first priority! And I receive the best customer service by the young Miss Jasmine. I also spoke to Jasmine on the phone the night before inquiring about transportation to the Eagles game. She was just as friendly in person and she was on the phone.Moreover, She was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about her job and the hotel chain. Don’t let the photos on the website for you. You do get what you see however, it’s not until you actually get into your room that you see what you also get. The property just needs a little updating. The bathroom, sink outside the bathroom the electronic key fob to the entrance of the door is in need of repair as well as what I assume is the heating or air conditioning unit? You would enjoy your stay here. I sure did!
