I didn’t know we would have a cross a highway with luggage for parking but the breakfast lady was wonderful. As for someone else’s future reference because I’ll never stay again.Get a front desk clerk with knowledge about the town. What’s the point of being cute behind the desk but can’t answer a question about the area.. Try google she said!! Oh, I don’t work weekends was the other answer. I just wanted to know what time does the Reading Market possible open?? Everything else was okay.

No problems checking in and out, clean room, good deal for the price. Just know in advance the hotel has no parking and if you have a car you'll need to pay for parking somewhere.

I arrived to this hotel on Friday night around 9:30 PM when we arrive the front desk, staff was not inviting at awe noticed the bathroom was dirty and that there was someone’s hair in there and we hadn’t touched the shower yet we called the front desk to let them know and they said that they would let housekeeping know we went out came back. No one came,Saturday morning around 8 AM. We call down to the front desk and they sent the housekeeping manager up to and he’s checked the shower as if we were lying about the shower being dirty. He then told us that we had to wait till 10am because that’s when the staff came in and so we asked him what was the point of him coming up to tell us that we had to wait till 10 AM to check our bathroom? He gave us some spiel about satisfying his customers and then sent someone up with a lint roller and some all-purpose spray he didn’t even run the water in the shower, so I’m not sure how he cleaned it. No one came to clean our room for the whole 3 days we were there. We had our sign on our door. We had to walk down to get replacement towels and washcloths and they even gave us a hard time we waited hours for towels and washcloths, and the manager swore and lied to us that someone cleaned our room while we were out when the trash cans were full.The bathroom was still dirty, and the beds weren’t made . He said he saw them so a blatant lie.He went back-and-forth with us about that so overall my stay was not good at all.breakfast 4/10 service 3/10
