SOON AS I CHECKED IN MY ROOM IT WAS POPCORN ON THE FLOOR NEXT TO THE BED AND YOU CAN TELL SOMEONE WAS SITTING ON THE BED AFTER IT WAS MADE UP BECAUSE IT WAS A BUTT INDENT
I went to front desk and told them of this problem and they insured me that the room was clean even after telling them its popcorn on the floor and would they like to see it because i didnt touch it, they just ignored that as if i didnt mention it.
I was told the room is clean and they have no one from maintenance to come clean it. Its was early evening at this point.
My pillows looked dingy, you can tell they were placed back on the bed without the pillowcases being replaced.
As soon as i opened the shower door the shampoo fell off the wall, it was being held up by 1 screw that was too small for the whole in the wall.
The cover on the shower faucet was loose and would fall off as far as it could if you didnt push it back.
I asked another guess that was walking from the pool area is the pool warm and she said oh no we didnt get in there the water is very dirty and filmy looking, i walked to see for myself and no one was in the pool they all was standing around it trying to figure out why the water was so dirty.
I asked the front desk about the dirty water in the pool and she said again im sorry about that but its no one here to clean it.
I stayed here before a few years ago and everything was perfect so thats why i decided to return and i never would have imagined this outcome.
