This is my favorite hotel on the island. It is beautiful! The pools, food and private beach are amazing. Walking distance to front street. I've stayed at this hotel 5 times. This will always be the only place I stay in Bermuda.

The Princess is a first class property that could use a bit of polish with guest rooms but overall the amenities are wonderful and enjoyable. I wish concierge was a bit more efficient and willing to suggest interesting activities for vacationers. The staff are all friendly. Kissandra (housekeeping) is incredible!! She was so sweet and made sure our Anniversary celebration was the best!!! We cannot say enough nice things about Kissandra!!! Some staff members in restaurants need a bit more expertise but were friendly! We really appreciated allowing us an extra hour for check out!

Vacationing in style
We celebrated my 55th birthday and our 25th wedding anniversary in style in this beautiful hotel. Vijay who works at the front desk offered us a nice upgrade to a larger room with big balcony with view on the marina. Each restaurant, the infinity pool, the spa, the staff contributed to a memorable stay on this precious island where we also discovered hidden beaches, crystal caves and inland roads by scooter. This was our second visit to Bermuda and certainly not the last!

Perfect beach vacation for art lovers. The corridors are full of amazing art and there's even an art guide on the website, amazing amenities, great restaurants, dreamy beach club. The only negative is that beach club is a shuttle bus ride away and the shuttle may get crowded on super busy holidays, but overall it was perfect.
