Loved it and would stay again
We stayed four nights and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and other food was great. Would have liked more atmosphere in the pool bars (there are two) with some music to make it more enjoyable. Seemed to be quiet and not many people. Great location, clean, nice, friendly staff. Would recommend and stay there again

Old-School Elegance... Similar to Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. The first major resort hotel in Pattaya, I was told built in 1987... (?) Currently remodeling guest rooms. The carpet in the room we were in, absolutely needs replacing but the view, food, amenities, and pools, location, friendly and helpful staff and hospitality by far overcome the carpet. We didn't stay in the room a lot but did really enjoy the Dusit Thani, Pattaya.

I am very pleased with my stay at Dusit Thani. The only negativ thing I experienced was, that I could not use my balcony as much as I wanted, because my room ( 633) was situated just obove at large machine ( maybe a generator) and it made a lot of noise. The noise made me decide not to use the balcony.

Property is old, rooms are run down and way past being due to be refurbished. Carpets are filthy, stains everywhere. Bathrooms are very old. Was moved to a new room after requesting a change, new room was as bad as the old room. Staff are nice, but unable to do much. Bags took over 20 mins to get delivered to the room. Location is good, breakfast is good. Price is very high for what you get, plenty of better places to stay and quite surprising for this brand to have such an old and run down property.

A little disappointing
This was a great experience i was upgraded to the club grand room after i complained about the club room, housekerping was slow in the mornings and the lounge dusaspointed me with the lsck.of variety and short time serving food....the fridge that had dtinks was locked most of the time....i was told off for taki g a can of coke to my room.....which is why i paid top money to have the club lounge.....need to have staff that can communicate in english better....

Very nice hotel with great service and staff!!! A great stay. Right on the edge of the main strip and if you go out the back gate......very short walk to the beach. Out away from the commotion but right in the middle of everything!!!!
