Cute Little Property
Cute little property, affordable near the town of Naoussa. There is a beach 5 min walk away, the town is maybe a 15 min walk. Friendly staff, clean, good breakfast. Enjoyed our stay, loved the property.

Room was comfortable and good size. Manager George and staff were friendly and accommodating. Pool area was great and resort was also within short walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants were 10-15 minute walk so overall a good location. Would happily stay here again!

We stayed at Zoumis Residence for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is kept in mint condition, great staff and lovely grounds complete with a pool. Walking into town, to the beaches, to the bus stop was not a problem from Zoumis Residence. Felt very safe walking back to the hotel late at night which was great. Lovely hotel which we will definitely book again. Thanks to George and all his stuff in helping us to enjoy our week.

A must stay in Naousa
Fantastic place to stay in Naousa! The pool is lovely, peaceful and clean, and is a great for when you’ve had enough beach! Room was spacious and had everything you needed. The car to/from airport/port is an added bonus! Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Paros

The property was absolutely beautiful. The room and the view were great. The reception was very helpful and allowed to us leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout so we could still explore the area before our departure. The only we experienced was that the air conditioning was a bit unreliable. It worked well the first 2 days but on our last night it would not turn on and it was extremely hot. Otherwise I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was great. It was a quick 5-10 minute walk to the city center for restaurants and shops. It was also right next door to biggest winery in Paros. Kids are welcome and they had a great experience too!

INCREDIBLE PLACE TO STAY ~ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Everything about Zoumis Residences is top notch from the suites, the pool, the hotel grounds, breakfast buffet, lunch & dinner options to the incredibly friendly staff that welcome you as if you are family. The hotel is in a good location, right next to a great winery and a short walk into town with lots of shops and restaurants. The pool area was very nice but the jacuzzi was only slightly warm. The breakfast was okay; I appreciated the complimentary latte each morning. The room was basic with a tiny bathroom. The bed was not comfortable and light came through the door very early in the morning. There also was a crack under the door that allowed ants into the room.

A Lovely Authentically Greek Hotel
Zoumis Residence is a lovely, well cared for property. As it is Family run, the level of comfort and service is beyond wonderful. A short distance from the town of Naoussa, it is ideally situated to the beach, restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this property and hope to return in the near future.
