Dear Mr and Mrs Poth, Thank you for your comments. I advise you the next time you go on holidays to be more careful in knowing in detail your booking information and choose to speak direct to the manager or person in charge, instead of trying to manipulate with any indirect way the hotel business. We did more than you expected in order to make your stay special and you thanked us for that. If you really have a problem, please try to solve it face to face, direct, not with threatening mails and secret written messages. My best wishes for a wonderful winter ! Stay safe!
