The house was fully renovated in 2017 according to the traditional cycladic architecture. Located in Krotiri, a calm suburb of Parikia, where you can enjoy nature's tranquility while still being close to the town (5 minute drive), it can be set as your base so as to explore the island.
It belongs to the "Exochi Traditional Houses" complex, which consists of three independent and fully equipped houses that offer a majestic sea view and are only 500m away from the magnificent beach of Martselo.

The house is 55 sq.m. and consists of one bedroom, a full bathroom and a central room with kitchen and living room/dining area.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, one nightstand and a three-door wardrobe and it is decorated with traditional tools, such as a sewing machine converted into a dressing table, a vintage iron and a sieve. From its private terrace you can take the stairs up to the roof veranda, where you can enjoy the breathtaking sea view.
In the central room, there is a fully equipped kitchen (cooking basics, dishes, utensils, standard size refrigerator, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, dish soap), a dining table for 4 people, as well as the living room with a bed sofa that can be converted into one twin bed or two single beds. The room is connected to the front terrace, where you can dine overlooking the hill.
The bathroom has shower, toilet and washbasin. Essentials are included (toilet roll, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, cleaning products).

Air conditioning, free WiFi, washer with detergent, hair dryer, iron and iron board, mosquito repellent machines, window/door screens, BBQ grill, private parking area and linens/towels are also included.

Peaceful Paradise in Paros
This property is super clean and meticulously maintained. It is well-represented on the website and Barbara and Panos were very attentive and helpful throughout the process- booking, pre-trip communication and planning, and during my stay. The kitchen is well appointed and has a full refrigerator so it would be great if you want to do some cooking (I did not have the opportunity, alas) - there is also a grill area and outdoor dining area. The best part is the rooftop terrace on my unit (I don’t think every unit has this). The stars are unbelievable from here. Definitely a great place to stay - especially for a group of people traveling together. The one thing I would recommend is that you do have a car for staying here - the town (Parikia) is very convenient but not easily walkable. It was so nice to come “home” to this place each evening during my busy stay in Paros. May is a particularly beautiful time to visit as everything is in bloom. The lavender and other flowering plants were stunning. Enjoyed every moment.

Très jolie Maison bien équipée, vue splendide depuis ses 2 terrasses, super accueil
Maison du haut, la seule avec terrasse sur le toit. Architecture traditionnelle. Bien équipée (four, lave linge, étendoir, BBQ), juste pas de lave vaisselle, tres propre. Exterieurs bien entretenus dans un ensemble de 5 logements sans vis-à-vis, vue magnifique. Les propriétaires sont très serviable tt en restant discrets, ils habitent sur place et ont à coeur que vous vous sentiez bien dans la ferme familiale entièrement rénovée. Courrez-y !

Très jolie et confortable maison typique, bel environnement
Nous avons été accueilli à notre arrivée par les propriétaires Barbara et Panos. Panos est même venu nous chercher à l’aéroport pour nous guider vers la maison, ils sont vraiment accueillants, gentils et serviables (c'est d'ailleurs à l'image de la région). La maison est très récente et d'une construction typique des îles des Cyclades. Elle est très confortable et climatisée, elle fait partie d'un ensemble de 3 maisons. Celle que nous avons loué dispose d'une jolie vue vers les collines environnantes et vers la mer grâce à un toit terrasse. C'est un très bel endroit à proximité de la ville de Parikia et de la belle plage de Marcello. Je recommande fortement cette location de vacances !
