The chef’s kitchen is complete with a Wolf gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler, and top-of-the-line appliances. The open floor plan includes a breakfast bar with seating for four and a dining table that seats eight.

High Peak offers three luxurious private bedrooms with sleeping for up to eight. The top floor main bedroom is suite-like, filled with windows and natural light, includes a plush king bed and fireplace with views overlooking Park City’s historic residential district. The main bedroom bath has his and her vanities, a rainfall shower, and a soaking tub.

The upstairs guest bedroom provides access to the rooftop patio and includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom.

The third bedroom, located on the basement level, includes two queen beds and an en suite bathroom.

The basement is a haven for guests of all ages with a 75” TV, Foosball table and space to gather, relax and play.
