Motherlode 3 is located on Park Avenue, one block from Main Street and two blocks from the Town Lift plaza. Perfectly located in the heart of Historic Old Town Park City, this stylishly updated property sleeps up to 9 guests. It's walking distance to the Old Town action of restaurants, galleries, shops, and bars with convenient access to skiing at Park City Mountain Resort. And, it's only a block from the free city-wide shuttle, so it's easy to get to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and other Park City area destinations.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex is incredibly spacious and features a charming Victorian exterior complete with stained-glass windows. The main bedroom has a king bed and a full, freshly updated en suite bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own renovated private bath with a large stand alone shower. The third bedroom has a unique twin bed over queen bunk and a full remodeled en suite bath. There's a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bathrooms have been recently renovated.

The large living room is warm and welcoming with lots of natural light, a large screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals and snacks and it looks into the dining room, perfect for maximizing time with family and friends. There's a dining table seating 6 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4.

The garage can accommodate two small or mid-size cars or one SUV. There is a convenient washer and dryer in the unit. Moderate Plus rating.

Poorly stocked with amenities-
Bad lighting. Not as promised in terms of space. In addition there was no way to regulate temperatures so upstairs it was HOT and on lower level COLD. It was definitely over priced - only redeeming factor was the location!

It is a sizable place with plenty of room. The kitchen is up to date. The furnishings are nice. The location is very good with a short walk to the town lift. Not difficult even in ski boots. Only issue is that the garage has a low clearance, so large SUVs are either very tight and can only fit on the left side, or not at all. Also the garage entrance code never worked. Overall, I would stay there again.

This house was literally so perfect for a ski vacation with people who also don’t ski. It was immaculately clean, has great pots and pans for cooking and plenty of room for everyone AND their skis.

Everything was great. We would go back again. If I had to pick on something it would be the heat. Downstairs was an ice cube and the rest of the floors were hot. Put the people who like cold in the bottom floor. There was just 1 therm so there was no way to make every room comfortable

Pros-excellent location, spacious, comfortable beds, and plenty of cooking utensils. Cons-older property, AC didn’t cool upper floors, low shower pressure in upstairs bathroom, street noise because we had to leave windows open (probably not an issue during winter). Cleaning wasn’t thorough (there were small pieces of glass perhaps from prior tenant breaking a glass). But property manager responded promptly and did second cleaning.

The location can't be beat. One block from main strip and two blocks from the town lift. The place is nice too. the only down side is that it was expensive.
