The rooms were spacious and absolutely beautiful. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were amazing. There is so many restaurants and shopping all around. We will definitely return.

Very nice Hotel. Parking was a bit ridiculous your only real option is street parking or valet, which is fine valet was just rather slow. Took about 45 minutes to have our car pulled up to us on check out.

I really enjoyed my stay but for the price per night, it wasn't on the same level as other top hotels. Just little things were missing/off like loose outlets, no makeup remover options, big gaps on the decorative parts of headboard, noisey hallways...all the staff were exceptional and it was very pretty and clean, the restaurant was great too.

Swanky Halifax hotel
Modern building in dowtown Halifax. Uber modern room with great high quality decor. Spacious room, above average bed. Beautiful bathroom with glass shower stall and rainwater shower head. Only ding is the miniature tubes of shower gel and shampoo which is not eco friendly - refillable dispensers might be the better way to go. Great gym - so good that it is too crowded at times. Same with the outdoor hot tub - never got a chance to use it due the crowds. Did not try the restaurant called Chop House. Lots of very good restuarant options within walking distance. We were given a high floor but did not have a view of the harbor - just a view of the equally tall building next door. You will have to walk uphill a good bit to get back to the hotel after dining close to Water St.

Great hotel in downtown. The only issue was that you had to sort of forced use the valet. Self park was by the hour, so too expensive for a few days. Service was fine with valet, but would have been more convenient if self park was the same cost.
