We thought the condo was cute, close to restaurants and on the free bus line. We liked the fireplace and the washer and dryer. Thank you!

It was next to the bus stop which went everywhere. It was perfect for our short ski stay. There were a couple of minor things that need attention (coffee carafe and hair dryer) - nothing to diminish overall rating. The older gentleman who checked us in at 1:00 am was fantastic. He made us forget how miserable we felt after a 9 hour delay at DFW airport.!

Not good place to stay
2nd floor floor neighbors who lived directly above sounds like they were riding horses up there. Every morning around 6am they wake up and now no one sleeps. same at night. Beds are super uncomfortable, squeaky. Highly not recommend to stay over here. Ohh, the corridor smells like a sewer, every time we walk out or to the room, almost puke

Ski Bum condo perfection
Good spot for an extended stay, close to pcmr and easy to hop on the bus to get to the mountain. Good useable kitchen, the biggest complaint would be the bed- super uncomforatable, old saggy soft spring mattress.

Adequate
I stayed here to ski in the Park City area for 5 ski days and it served my purpose. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail as the garbage disposal did not work and sink backed up immediately. Not sure how the cleaning person didn't notice this. The under counter lights did not work. Both were fixed after I called but should have been noted before I arrived. Please note that there is no dishwasher. None is advertised on the site, but when I looked at the picture, I assumed the under counter appliance to the left of the range was a dishwasher. It is not, that is the half fridge which had a tiny freezer with about 2 inches of ice on it. Adequate to make a small ice tray, but not to store any type of frozen food if you are cooking there. Finally, the in room information makes it clear that the only heat source is the gas fireplace. The bathroom is at the opposite end of the unit. The living area needs to be quite hot to get heat into the bathroom. Some heat source in there would be welcomed! The bed was very comfortable. Didn't use the fold out couch so no info about that.

Horrible check in experience and communication.
We arrived at the property around 9:30 PM. We waited at the lobby for 15 minutes before the attendant showed up. We then proceeded to our condo. Upon entering the condo we realized something was not right. The couch's cushion were off. The bed was in disarray. It looked like someone has slept on it. Furniture was moved around. The curtains were off on one side. It appears as if someone rummaged through the property. I then went back to frond office seeking help. Several attempts were made to contact Moose Management but it was after hours so everything went to voicemail. I then found a number for emergencies and tried calling the number and texting it. Also sent them pictures. We finally received a text back at 10:40 stating the carpet cleaner was there and 'probably' left it that way. I asked them to call me so that we can discuss. They refused and send me a couple more text messages with the same information. Then they went dark. The next day I called the Moose Management office and requested a call back. Again, they refused and simply responded in with an e-mail stating the same thing. In all my years of renting properties from VRBO, I have never had such a poor experience with a property manager or owner. There was no accountability or empathy. They already had our money, so they simply pushed our concerns to the side. I wish I could upload pictures, so that others can see the condition the condo was presented to us.

Nice and clean and looked exactly as advertised.
The only issue I had, was that you can hear the people above you walking around and was a little too noisy for me!

Small Cramped Noisy
This had great expectations. Very noisy from upstairs. Every time someone walked across the floor you could hear it. The refrigerator was small and no light for night use. Accent table with chairs was too high to enjoy. AC unit above bed and blow air directly on you rather than cool room. Opening door for air only allowed some fresh air but the commercial unit outside cycled on and off with an annoying hum. Altogether, not a place we will stay again.

Nice location
We loved the cute room. Shaded by trees and right next to walking paths/trails. The bed is the only complaint but maybe I’m just used to my super luxurious bed at home.

Filthy, aged and unsafe, damaged balcony
The toilet was soiled from someone who had diarrhea. The tub was filthy. Room was dusty and not fresh. Balcony is unsafe: I sat in a chair and the chair legs fell through a broken board and I fell on my back while sitting. I have photos. The next day while stepping out another board cracked under my feet. I only weigh 120 lbs!

Cozy but small space
The studio is very cozy and attractive but there’s very little storage space and we were there to ski so we had a lot of gear to try and work around. Also, only a little trash can in the bathroom. We ended up hanging a big plastic garbage bag on one of the kitchen cabinet door for the kitchen garbage. It was great to have a washer and dryer but the dryer filter hadn’t been cleaned out in a long time. Someone might want to remind the maintenance folks to check that.

Great location, nicely upgraded
Very comfortable, and the WiFi worked great (better than other units we stayed at prospector condos). The carpet needed cleaning, but other than that the condo was clean. Nicely remodeled.

Very nice - a few updates and it would perfect
Overall it was very nice and exactly as described. The property manager was very easy to contact and answered promptly to my questions. My only suggestion is that the unit needs a new shower head - the one in there is very bad and sprays everywhere and doesn’t point down enough - it sprays the back wall. The unit could also use a full size garbage can. My only criticism is a mistake that happened during the last day of my stay, the key card stopped working for access to the property. It was freezing outside and I was out walking so I didn’t have my car keys and had to walk down to the office to find out what was going on. The front desk initially had an attitude and said I was suppose to be out of the unit at 10AM and that’s why they locked me out... I was not to check out until the following day at 10AM. She rudely showed me their paper stating 1/7 check out, which in return I showed her my email confirmation showing check out for 1/8. It was then she called the property manager and realized it was a mistake - I was only given a half “oops, sorry about that”. Other than that it was very nice!

A great little getaway, not emaculate
We really enjoyed this little studio for a girlfriends summer getaway. Especially liked the shady patio overlooking a wooded courtyard BUT there were a couple maintenance issues including a clogged garbage disposal that required maintenance to come out. Curtains were in disrepair, and the pull out sofa bed was filled with crumbs and dirt with lots of junk underneath. It was clear that it had not been cleaned or changed in quite a while
