If you decide to book Mont Cervin Plaza #32, you'll be ideally located in the Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley! Whether winter or summer, you'll be able to enjoy a plethora of outdoor activities since you'll be four miles away from the Deer Valley Resort and all of its activities that include hiking, mountain biking, a scenic chairlift ride, skiing, and more. You will be pampered with fine dining options, top-of-the-line sportswear shops, and Deer Valley’s signature boutique store for your convenience within the Silver Lake Village. Located three miles from historic Main Street in Park City, a car is recommended. However, you may also take the Park City Transportation by using the #4 Orange bus which runs every 30 minutes at 22 and:52 after the hour, directly to the Old Town Transit Hub on Main Street. The bus stop is located outside the building on Royal Street, outside ColeSport. The bus is free!

- 2 pets are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

Parking Details:
- Parking for the Mont Cervin Plaza is located in the Silver Lake Village parking garage. You'll receive a QR code via email to scan at the entrance gate. Park in the designated parking spot for your unit. The clearance for the parking garage is 7'3.
- Free parking for one car. Additional parking costs $50/day per car.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Absolute best slopeside location in Deer Valley
Aside from the condo being a top notch, with high ceilings and large outdoor terraces, along with everything you could possibly need or want - the location is even better. From reserved parking 15 steps from the elevator, to the closest chairlift less than 40 steps, the location is by far the best you can hope for. The following are all within steps: restaurants (Stein, Goldner, Cena, Mariposa, etc.) ski shops (Christy, Cole, Surefoot) and Silverlake Lodge.

Underwhelming, looking for Luxury- this is NOT it.
This property will leave you underwhelmed. If your looking and paying for luxury, look somewhere else. If your looking for a great location and just a place to lay your head, this property is fine, but expensive. Hot tube was "green" upon arrival, fireplace didn't work, deck was dirty/messy, regular TV didn't work, had 4 forks total, décor and finishing's are dated. Everything is as cheap as it can be: Pans suck, coffee cups, towels, utensils, even the kitchen towels are to cheap to wipe up water on the counter. This Property is over-priced and oversold. That being said- my family had a great vacation and enjoyed Deer Valley and will return next year, just not to this Unit.

Great condo super close to the slopes!
We loved staying here for our long weekend ski trip. The unit has all the amenities you need to have a great ski trip including hot tub, gas fireplace, large bedrooms, in unit washer and dryer, and more. You are just one elevator ride and a 2 minute walk to be on the slopes. It is perfect location wise! We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back. The area is a little quiet, so we would suggest bringing groceries to make breakfast yourself since there are limited options in the area.
