Brimming with modern touches and high-end furnishings, this adorable studio will be just the place to call home after long days on the slopes, or afternoons spent exploring the vibrant downtown area! Downtown Park City is within a quick 2-mile drive from the property, and both Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain are less than a 3-mile radius for your many skiing adventures. Enjoy outdoor adventures right next to the building via the Historic Rail Trail, where you can explore miles of biking and hiking trails, and walk only 1.5 miles to Main Street. As an added advantage, this studio is located on the free bus route, which will take you to the ski mountains, downtown, and nearby attractions.

If you want to stay closer to home, head out to the shared pool or the hot tub to cool off or soak away your cares. Though this is a cozy space, the plush queen-size bed and double fold-out sofa bed, complimentary internet access, and flatscreen TV grant you all of the comforts needed to kick back in style. And after visiting some of the local restaurants, reheat those leftovers or whip up a few tasty snacks in the kitchenette complete with a microwave, mini oven, stovetop, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and pots and pans! Not to mention, your private balcony, located right outside, is a great place to breathe in some of that crisp mountain air.

Building rules:
-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Parties or events are not permitted during these hours.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING in the building, in condos, or on balconies. Anyone caught smoking and/or throwing their butts on the ground by any entry will be sent a violation letter and fined to the max extent.
NO smoking within 25 feet of any entrance or window and DO NOT throw the butts on the ground as they are a fire hazard. There will be ZERO tolerance once caught. Guests may face a possible eviction if they do not follow the HOA rules.
-Make sure ALL trash goes INTO the dumpster (NOT on the ground)
-No animals allowed, except permitted by law. Emotional Support or Service animals must be pre-approved by the Association with appropriate paperwork provided prior to the reservation.
-MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR BUILDINGS 4-9 IS 4 PEOPLE
-Only one vehicle permitted. YOUR PARKING PASS MUST BE DISPLAYED AT ALL TIMES TO AVOID GETTING TOWED.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The room was updated and the mattress was great. The problem we had was the noise. You can hear all of your neighbors! When they walk, turn on the TV, or blow their nose. Walls are thin. Besides that it was fine.

Prospector Lodging Park City Utah

Location of Prospector Lodging on Sidewinder offers easy and great access to all ski areas, Main street, snowmobiling, etc. Accommodation could use more lighting in living area and a bit better utensils in kitchen. Had a great time and enjoyed all area activities.

This property was not my first choice. My previous reservation closer to downtown was canceled by the owner the week before my arrival. I tried to checkin 20 minutes before and was turned away by front desk. Since it was a Thursday, I’m sure it had been previously empty. I reached out to get authorization from Management but never heard back. Overall, my stay at this location was ok but not fabulous. The cost was deceptive. For the price, next time I’ll stay in a hotel.

Last Minute Getaway

Studio apartment was very nicely furnished. We were able to book our stay the day before. Everything in the apartment seemed to function properly, especially the A/C since there was a heat wave during our stay. The free shuttle to downtown made it super convenient to get around town.
