KBM Resorts is proud to represent Guilt Free, a private home in the lower Deer Valley Resort. This 3-bedroom but feels like a 4 bedroom (with bonus sleeping area), 4.5-bath vacation retreat offers ample space in which to spread out after a day of hiking, golfing, biking or skiing. This home features rustic furnishings amidst modern amenities. Deer Valley provides a free shuttle to the Deer Valley lifts, right from your home! (winter months only)

Relax on the sofa with a good book and a blanket next to the floor-to-ceiling, stone gas fireplace in the generously sized great room. In the warmer months, sit on the deck and soak up spectacular mountain views or BBQ your favorite meal. After an active day, immerse in your own private hot tub on the deck, gazing out at views of the Deer Valley Snow Park mountain tops.

Within this 2,102-square-foot residence, your family and friends will feel right at home. This vacation home sleeps 12 in beds.

Kitchen: Start your day in the kitchen, perfect for making a quick snack before hitting the slopes or the mountain-bike trails or preparing a gourmet dinner at day's end. You'll enjoy all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury residence. Your fully equipped kitchen also features a drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, butcher's knife block and a blender. There is a dining table set for eight and bar seating at the expansive island.

Living: Continue into the open living room, where your family can lounge on the sofa and chairs, catching up on favorite TV shows or movies on the large flat-screen television. Gather around the stone gas fireplace, which adds warmth and a romantic mood to the room. Large windows look out on the Deer Valley Snow Park mountain tops and aspen trees.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom on the third floor features a king-size bed, a small private deck, and a warming gas fireplace under vaulted ceiling and exposed wood beams. An oversized walk-in closet will easily hold all of your outdoor gear and clothing. The en-suite master bathroom features dual sinks, ample counter space and a beautiful deep soaking tub under a large picture window letting in natural light. There is a separate, generously sized tiled, glass-door shower.

Bedroom 2: The guest bedroom on the main floor features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a dual shower/tub. There is also a powder room on this floor.

Bedroom 3: The guest bedroom on the lower level features two queen-size beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Bonus Sleeping area: This additional sleeping area is located on the lower level. It features a custom built bunk bed (queen over queen)
There are two additional full bathrooms on the lower level, each with a walk-in shower.

The residence does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided.

Parking: The residence features a spacious two-car parking garage with two additional parking spaces outside on the driveway for guest use.

Location: Guilt Free is located a half-mile from Snow Park Lodge. A free city-wide shuttle stops nearby for easy access to all local resorts, Utah Olympic Park and the greater Park City area.

Wifi and Entertainment: Catch up on your favorite shows or watch the latest blockbuster movies while you're on vacation. Your complimentary entertainment package in your condo or private home includes free Wi-Fi and cable TV/premium channels. Select units include smart televisions.

Laundry: This property features an in-suite washer and dryer with a complimentary start-up supply of laundry detergent for your convenience.
