The hotel in overall seemed very dirty and old. All the doors, walls were having stains and dirt on them. Hotel needs a refurbishment. The rooms are very small as well. I didnt like the place. Receptions are good but in overall when you are entering in the hotel you can notice the lack of cleanliness.

The hotel was nice and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They upgraded our room by surprise! It was our honeymoon and the hotel asked us beforehand if we were celebrating...they left a plate of chocolates and a note and banner in our room to help us celebrate...very thoughtful! We had a great stay!

Everything was perfect, the only thing was that the hair dryer was super old, and went on and off constantley, and they couldnt give me one that actually worked, cause they had the same in every room,I m sure they would change them someday, and other thing …there’s a night club across the street, and some days was a little bit noisy, but I would definitley came back again!! With my own hairdryer😀, the cleanliness , the location, the breakfast , the staff was super!!

The room was too small, I paid for a king size bed and they put us on regular size. The linen was a little worn off and the cleanliness of the carpet was not very good because me and my wife got the allergies. The best thing about the hotel is the location.

La ubicación es inmejorable y el entorno es seguro a toda hora. Las instalaciones están muy bien, hay agua, golosinas y fruta de cortesía en el lobby , y espacio para relajarse. Property for an American customer was too small. Hallways are tiny.. lift is small.. took 3 trips to just get the luggage in the room. Booked 3 rooms and requested them to be on the same floor months ago but on day of check in we were informed they are all in different floors. Room was decent.

I have a terrible experience with the payment with Hotel. I settled the room rental (GBP1688.34) when check out. However, 3 days later it charged my bank account GBP1925.84. The accounting practice or front desk staff are very confusing.
