I regret to say that my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the first room we were assigned had visible stains on the walls, which was concerning. The staff kindly offered to move us to a different room, but unfortunately, the second room, while cleaner, still had issues. There was a used cotton swab on the floor, which made us question the thoroughness of the cleaning. Additionally, the private bathroom was unpleasant, with a terrible odor that made it uncomfortable to use. To make matters worse, even though we turned off the heat, the room remained unbearably hot throughout our stay. The bed was also very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any rest. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Between the cleanliness issues, unpleasant smells, and uncomfortable conditions, it was a frustrating experience, and I left feeling let down.

We had ants in our room everyday. Didn't like I had to go to another room to wash hands. Did like turn down service and breakfast daily. Room was very hot. Had to leave window open all the time. Was close to everything walkable which was very nice. Enjoy water and juice daily in fridge.

The staff was welcoming, helpful, and fluent in English. They also provide locked storage for our luggage, which made sightseeing so much more convenient. It is a short walk to the Eifel Tower. I would stay there again.

Upon arrival first day . We had to change the room about 3 times cause the toilet in each room were not working properly. They finally got us a room that was decent, then the phones were not working . I had to go to the front desk to ask what is going on?? They had to give us some breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience we had on day 1

The hotel is nicely located 2 blocks from the Eiffel tower which is a very safe area and has dinning options. The hotel is OK. However: 1. Breakfast for this level of hotel is way to basic. Cold bread and cold crepes ... so difficult to add a little bread warmer? 2. The rooms are not clean. The bathrooms are not clan. Making the bed for them is just to pull up the blankets. The rope I used, was not folded or hanged. I was just folded little kid style of top of the bed. Better thrown it on the bed ! Definetely the hotel needs a deep cleaning in their bathrooms and a better daily cleaning service,

Mercure Paris Eiffel Tour was a big disappointment. Rated 4 stars and lauded with the Para-Olympics gave me the impression I would have a comfortable room in a great location. The location was wonderful and it had a garden with ads indicating food and beverage service in the garden. Only a little patio off the bar was getting service so people could smoke. The bed's firmness was o.k. but the sheets were synthetic fabric. There was NO furniture for people to sit on in the guest rooms. I bought a upgraded room. I insisted the hotel bring a chair to my room that I could sit in. The furniture was for suitcases. A corner of a sofa very low to the ground, was covered in vinyl, with a small vinal covered bench that was for a smaller suitcase as well as a regular fold out suitcase piece. Several guests remarked about the furniture problem in their rooms. The lobby furniture was old and uncomfortable. The brunch had a good selection from which to chose for additional Eur 21. The bar food menu had tasty food.

Conveniently located within walking distance to the Eifel Tower, train station and dinner cruise. Most amazing friendly staff who were always willing to assist. Definitely recommend.
