Check in was great until we went to the bar. Drinks were tasteless and weak for 18 euro a piece. Question whether the ingredients were correct unlikely measured. Bathroom is tired. Heating extremely high and a major issue. Bearing in mind we visited just before Christmas and all windows needed to be opened to breathe and sleep. Asked for a quiet room, received a room next to the elevator. Felt like you were in the midst of Charing Cross station including all hours at night. Tea is the room was limited to green, peppermint and camomile. Apparently they don’t have black or earl grey. The location is excellent. One evening all bar and lounge access was not permitted for guests who did not belong to an event. Guests were told to go elsewhere. At check out, I asked for a taxi to be called. Told to download the uber app! Eventually one taxi was procured after a complaint. Obviously a case of, you are leaving so why should I bother!

Visited during the Olympic Games. Location was great, room was clean, water pressure was good. It is in the neighborhood where all the brands like Chanel and hotels like Ritz are situated. At first glance the breakfast buffet was just like any other buffet, but when you taste it, the food quality is better. The service was excellent. Everyone was nice. Sincere type of nice, not the obligated type of nice. Special thanks to Michel A, Alban and Emilio who make my trip to Paris a special one.

The Melia Vendome is a jem of a hotel in Paris. The staff are phenominal, the hotel is exceptionally maintained, and the location can not be beat.

Great Hotel. Very convenient to all central Paris. Easy walks to many sights. Believe me! The rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is incredibly friendly. Their goal is for their guest to feel welcomed. Definitely recommend the breakfast, is delicious, they have a variety of foods. Great hotel, would definitely recommend and stay here again.
