Wow, what a awesome quirky hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were very welcoming. We arrived early and were checked in almost immediately which was great. When we arrived in the room, they had provided my daughter with a card and small gift which was lovely. We had a double room which was a comfortable size and decorated nicely. The bed and pillows were sooooo comfortable and felt like I was sleeping on cloud 9. The bathroom was a good size too and the shower pressure and temperature was great. The hotel provide L’Octaine products which was a nice addition and speaks to the quality of the hotel. The hotel is close to Republique metro station which links you to most places in Paris within 20 minutes. There are several lovely restaurants located close to the hotel. The best thing about this hotel was the staff who go out of their way to help you at any time of the day.

Boutique hotel in a very convenient area. Fantastic staff and easy to get to from Gare du Nord. The bed/pillows could be slightly more comfortable but we slept well. Thanks to all the team for a great stay.

Le General is the best hotel I have stayed at. The staff is incredible. They are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great even has fresh squeezed orange juice. It is convenient to the Metro and many great restaurants

The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic, So helpful and kind, willing to go out of their way to help with any request you may have. Loved the hotel, especially its location, walking distance to 2 metro stations (within 3 mins) which has great connections to many metro lines. The hotel is fabulous, boutique property with great small finishing touches. Clean and not too big. I would recommend and stay here again!

A must stay hotel in Paris!
Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff truly is top notch. They helped to fix and issue I had upon check-in (my fault), and really make you feel like family. Breakfast is great in the morning with fresh OJ and tasty pastries. Central to most of Paris with a 24 hour pharmacy within walking distance.

3 night stay at the hotel General Paris
Our stay at The Hotel General in Paris was terrific. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and got us tickets to the museum. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious. Very clean. Breakfast was great. A 3 minute walk to the metro at Republic and access to everything. Lovely restaurants close by. We would definitely return to this hotel. A gem for sure.
